Refund Policy:

ALL ITEMS FOR SALE ARE FINAL SALE.

We do not accept returns unless there is a defect with the product. In the rare event that an order is dispatched with a defect or damaged, we will offer a replacement if the defect is reported the same day of receipt of the item, along with photo evidence of the defect.

Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

The return shipment must be received by us within 3 days of receipt of purchase.
The returned item must be unworn and in new condition.
We must be notified before we accept any returns. Please send us a message with your full name, order number and the item you wish to return. Please do not return a product until it has been approved. Returned items must be in brand new condition and in the original packaging as you received it.

Customers are responsible for ALL shipping costs when returning. Our customer service team is always here to help you with your concerns. Send us and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

REFUNDS
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s). Upon receipt of the returned item, we will credit the original purchase amount to the customer's account. We will not refund any customer whose order was not received due to an inaccurate or incomplete shipping address provided during checkout unless that order was classified as undeliverable and returned to us. In the event of a missing package on orders placed within the United States, we will provide a refund or send a new package, this only applies to packages that were never delivered to you. If your package was delivered but you did not receive it, it is your responsibility to contact the post office and resolve the issue. It is your responsibility to contact the post office and file a claim for the missing package.
